Returns are based on the following criteria:

-There is a strict 45 day return policy on brackets only

-Custom Brackets or Special Order Brackets do not have a return policy in place, therefore, Custom Brackets or Special Order Brackets all sales are final. A custom bracket or special bracket is any bracket in which the customer requested any change to the brackets in any way. Sinks, sink accessories, and faucets also do not have a return policy in place. 

-Brackets cannot be altered after receiving.

-Brackets must be returned to us in their original condition.

-Customer must pay shipping to return brackets and brackets must arrive to our facility in the condition they left us in, regardless of how the shipping company handled them.



An Return Approval must be obtained by doing the following:


1. Go to our store, then go to "My Account" tab at the top of the page.

2. Log into your account with your email you used for the order and the password you created. If you forgot your password you can request a new one. 

3. Go to "Completed Orders", then click "Return Item(s)" next to your item ordered.

4. Fill out the following items on the return request:
            Quantity to return
            Return reason 
            Comments optional
5. Click Submit Return Request.


Once our Returns Department has a chance to review the order an approval email will be sent to your email. Once your approval has been completed you will return your items to:

Returns Dept - 2196 Century Blvd E. St Augustine, Fl. 32084. 

The approval email must be inside your package in order for credit to be given to the correct person. If you return  package without this form or an RA# NO credit will be issued because we will not know who it belongs to. All packages without proper forms will be dis-guarded and NO credit will be issued. To get proper credit follow all the above criteria. 


Return Policy Explained-


Any damaged items must be reported, by phone only, within two (2) days of delivery date in order for the refund process to be activated.  There is a strict 45 days return window that is activated upon the date shipment was received by the customer. Any items received after the 45-day window will receive no credit. A return authorization approval email must be received from Wholesale Countertop Brackets and More before returns can take place. The return process takes 7-10 days once we receive the items back in our warehouse. Item(s) returned without prior return authorization will not be eligible for credit. There is no credit given for shipping. Please allow the full 2 weeks for processing of all returns. Any return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of Wholesale Countertop Brackets and More or any of its affiliates or the parent company. All refunds will be made after items are returned in original condition and fees deducted. If the brackets are damaged upon return to us a credit will not be given, therefore, it is vital to pack them accordingly as to not obtain any damage in shipping. If the items are damaged by the shipping company upon return to us no credit will be given. There is no credit given for shipping fees.
